The target will surely test the Kolkata batting which has blown hot and cold so far. The wicket is a bit on the slower side and Jaipur have utility bowlers in their line-up to exploit the conditions. Join us in a short while for the chase.
Jaipur have posted a challenging total on the board. Ajinkya Rahane batted superbly for his 72 and held one end strongly. He was involved in a couple of crucial partnerships with Samson and Watson which helped Jaipur cross the 150-run mark. The bowling from Kolkata was decent and with a couple of wickets to his name, Vinay Kumar was the most successful bowler.

Team Kolkata and team Rajasthan will play their final match of the UAE phase of Indian T20 League in the 19th match to be held at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Team Kolkata were put under serious scrutiny when they failed to achieve an average target of 133 against Punjab. Gautam Gambhir's current form would be at the peak of their woes' list as the skipper has managed only a run in the 4 matches of the competition so far. Jacques Kallis and Manish Pandey have steered the ship most of the times and cover for Gambhir's failure but the mounting pressure can break even the best. They consider their bowling as their strength and it hasn't let them down yet. Morne Morkel has been very aggressive at the start. And Sunil Narine can always be looked upon at any situation whether it's about breaking partnerships or holding the batsmen. Piyush Chawla proved himself to be a right choice instead of an extra pace bowler. They have a wonderful bowling line-up which can defend or restrict teams to low totals but what they need is a improved batting show to do justice to bowlers' performance.Team Rajasthan humiliated Bangalore by bowling them out for a mere 70 and then chasing the target down with 7 overs to spare. They have maintained their reputation of building players as Kane Richardson has played a key role in team's success and proving to be a really good pick. Pravin Tambe was battered for runs in the earlier games but seems to be finding rhythm and is well supported by Rajat Bhatia whose slow deliveries are not easy to put through. Shane Watson finally taking the ball in his hands gives them more balance. They too, like most of the other teams are looking for a perfect opening combinations as Abhishek Nayar hasn't impressed much and Karun Nair managed only 8 off 12 as a opener. Both the teams would love to see through UAE with a win and start the home games with a strong hold at the points table.
